Definitions The following

definitions apply in this Act. "appropriation" means a sum to be voted for operating expenditure or capital investment as set out in the Estimates. (« crédit ») "Estimates" means the Manitoba Estimates of Expenditure for the 2019-2020 fiscal year as tabled in the Assembly. (« budget ») "2019-2020 fiscal year" means the period beginning April 1, 2019, and ending March 31, 2020.
