OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated June 17, 1998, with the advice of the Minister responsible for Sydney Steel Corporation, and pursuant to clause 26(1)(

b) of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, and subsection 72(3) of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend paragraph (

b) of Order in Council 95-12, dated January 3, 1995, as amended by Order in Council 97-804, dated December 30, 1997 and Order in Council 98-114 dated March 26, 1998, by deleting from the seventh line thereof the word, numbers and punctuation "June 30, 1998" and substituting therefor the word, numbers and punctuation "September 30, 1998"; (

b) amend paragraph (

b) of Order in Council 95-13, dated January 3, 1995, as amended by Order in Council 97-804 dated December 30, 1997 and Order in Council 98-114 dated March 26, 1998, by deleting from the seventh line thereof the word, numbers and punctuation "June 30, 1998" and substituting therefor the word, numbers and punctuation "September 30, 1998"; and (

c) amend paragraph (

a) of Order in Council 95-241 dated March 31, 1995, as amended by Order in Council 97-804 dated December 30, 1997 and Order in Council 98-114 dated March 26, 1998, by deleting from the fifth line thereof the word, numbers and punctuation "June 30, 1998" and substituting therefor the word, numbers and punctuation "September 30, 1998".
