FORESTRY PROFESSIONS BILL No. 11

An Act to amend The Forestry Professions Act (Assented to ) HER MAJESTY , by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Forestry Professions Amendment Act, 2016 . S.S. 2006, c.F-19.2 amended The Forestry Professions Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended

Section is amended in the portion preceding clause (

a) by striking out “section 23” and substituting “section or 23.01”.
